Who should use dietary supplements?

Dietary supplements are suitable for various groups of people, especially those who need to supplement nutrients that their diet does not adequately provide.

🔹 Busy adult

Frequent irregular eating, stress, and lack of sleep → can easily lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

🔹 Elderly
